Animaux

Des animaux venus de tous les coins de la collection. Le marché aux chevaux de Rosa Bonheur, le lévrier écossais de Landseer, des moutons qui rentrent à la bergerie au crépuscule, les chiots de Rosetsu qui roulent dans la neige, un chat endormi sur le papier nu, l’étalon primé d’un maharana, le cheval blanc d’un empereur de Chine. Les peintres ont toujours aimé les animaux plus qu’ils ne l’avouaient.

En puzzle

Un puzzle accueillant. Le poil et la laine suivent une direction, si bien qu’une pièce vous dit dans quel sens elle se pose, et il y a presque toujours une frontière nette entre l’animal et le pré. Les passages patients sont les vides : le papier nu autour d’un chat à l’encre, ou un grand ciel au-dessus d’un troupeau.
