Tempesta, chiaro di luna e sentimento

Romanticismo

Pittura della prima metà dell’Ottocento che voleva la burrasca e il sentimento più della calma. Il Cristo di Delacroix addormentato nella barca mentre scoppia la tempesta, una nave al chiaro di luna, una madre e un bambino che guardano il mare di notte, Rebecca rapita a cavallo, l’acquedotto di Géricault nella luce della sera. Acqua scura, cieli strappati e un solo colore acceso dove conta.

Come puzzle

Un montaggio drammatico, ed esigente. I porti al chiaro di luna e i cieli di tempesta sono ampie distese di blu scuro e di grigio dove un pezzo somiglia al successivo, quindi cerca prima la luna, le navi e le figure chiare e costruisci da lì. Il colore di Delacroix è la parte gentile: un mantello rosso o un cesto di fiori si ordina da solo. Tieni un numero moderato per le scene notturne.

Una buona misura qui: 40–200 pezzi.
